A clearer route to our products, information and people.
We aim to make this website easier to read, navigate and use, and welcome practical feedback when something gets in the way.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for continued improvements. Accessibility is part of the design process, including readable contrast, a clear heading structure and usable controls.
This is an account of our approach and known limitations. We have not completed an independent, site-wide conformance evaluation and do not claim that every page, document or linked service meets WCAG 2.2 AA.
The website provides a skip-to-content link, semantic headings, visible field labels and native links, buttons and form controls. Product descriptions are available as page text so essential information does not depend on animation.
You can use the Tab key to move between interactive elements and Enter or Space where supported to activate them. Browser zoom and text enlargement may help with reading; the layout adapts to smaller screens.
Key animated sections respond to your device’s reduced-motion preference. Interactive demonstrations include labelled controls and explanatory text. Where an illustration is not useful to you, product pages and the contact team provide another route to the underlying information.
Complex maps, canvas-based 3D scenes and visual mission demonstrations may not expose all spatial detail to assistive technology. They should not be your only source for an operational or purchasing decision.
Some downloadable brochures and editable documents may have incomplete reading order, tagging or alternative text. Third-party payment, map, app-store and linked product interfaces may have separate accessibility limitations.
If a PDF, map or linked workflow is difficult to use, tell us what information you need. We can discuss a text explanation, a different format or a guided conversation, depending on the material.
Email info@hellogeo.world or use the contact form. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, where you became stuck and your preferred way to receive a reply.
If useful, tell us your browser, device and assistive technology. You do not need to share a diagnosis or medical information. We will review the request and discuss a practical next step; this page does not promise a fixed resolution time.
Share the page or document and how we can make it easier to use.
