This website is operated by HelloGeo Technologies Private Limited. These terms apply to its information and evaluation tools. An accepted quotation, order, software licence or written services agreement governs the corresponding purchase or engagement and takes precedence over general website descriptions where they differ.

Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Product availability and permitted delivery vary by destination and configuration. Contact us to resolve any uncertainty before ordering.

The applicable licence or subscription sets out authorised users, devices, deployment environment, duration, permitted use, fees and any renewal or termination provisions. Ownership of software is not transferred merely by purchasing a licence. Source-code access, updates, hosting, integrations and support are included only where stated in the agreement.

Compatibility depends on the named aircraft, controller, dock, operating system, firmware, SDK, network and third-party service configuration. Changes to those dependencies can affect functionality. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licence terms; separate accounts, approvals or charges may be required.

The accepted quotation or order identifies the equipment, accessories, supported configuration, delivery destination and any installation or commissioning work. Delivery dates, freight, taxes, customs duties, import requirements and allocation of risk should be confirmed in that agreement.

Manufacturer or HelloGeo commercial warranty coverage, repair arrangements, exclusions and spare-parts availability depend on the item and agreed terms. A commercial warranty supplements applicable statutory rights; this website does not replace those rights or require you to rely only on a manufacturer’s remedy.

Consulting, mapping, integration, training, installation and support follow an agreed scope: deliverables, inputs, milestones, acceptance criteria and each party’s responsibilities. The customer must provide agreed access, suitable equipment and accurate project information.

Support channels, coverage hours, response targets, maintenance, backups, service credits and availability commitments apply only where expressly agreed. Sending a ticket creates a support record, not an automatic service-level guarantee. Work outside the agreed scope may need a separate quotation.

Displayed prices and planning totals must be read with the selected currency, tax, discount, shipping and scope information. Custom configurations require a quotation. The shop supports INR and USD where enabled; converted estimates use a dated daily reference rate, not a guaranteed bank or payment-provider exchange rate.

Checkout estimates are time-limited and must be refreshed if expired or changed. Review the final payable amount and currency before paying. Where Razorpay checkout is enabled, HelloGeo confirms payment only after server verification of capture. A pending or failed payment is not a confirmed purchase; payment confirmation does not itself confirm delivery or licence activation.

For cancellation, return or refund requests, contact sales@hellogeo.world with your order reference. Eligibility and the process depend on the accepted terms, product or service supplied and applicable law. No general no-refund rule on this website overrides mandatory rights.

Use the website and products only for lawful, authorised purposes. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse credentials or attempt to access another person’s data. A website link or demonstration does not authorise operation of an aircraft, surveillance equipment or a customer workspace.

Operators remain responsible for applicable aviation permissions, site access, privacy, safety procedures and lawful use of equipment and data. Export, import or end-use restrictions may apply to particular destinations and products and must be reviewed for the order.

HelloGeo branding, content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, images and marks belong to their owners and do not imply an endorsement beyond an expressly stated relationship.

Interactive missions, simulations, GIS scenes, reports and ROI tools on this marketing website use illustrative assumptions. They are not live aircraft telemetry, validated mission plans, certified survey outputs, customer results or promises of savings.

Product documentation, configuration checks and the agreed acceptance process should guide operational decisions. Linked workspaces and external services have their own access requirements and terms. Website information may be updated as products evolve.

Raise an order, licence or service concern with info@hellogeo.world and include the relevant reference and a clear description. We will seek to understand the issue and discuss a resolution. Any agreed escalation or dispute process is set out in the applicable written agreement.

This page does not impose a worldwide governing law, exclusive court, liability cap or waiver of statutory protection. Applicable law and valid contract terms determine those matters. Updates to this website do not, by themselves, rewrite an existing signed agreement.
