Who is responsible

HelloGeo Technologies Private Limited is responsible for the website records described here. For a privacy question or request, email info@hellogeo.world or use Contact. Tell us which website, product or reference your request concerns.

For customer-operated software, hosted product deployments or integrations, the parties’ roles and instructions may be different. The relevant product notice and data-processing terms should explain those arrangements.

Information collected

  • Enquiries: name, email, organisation where requested, optional phone, region or project location, requirements, product selections, estimates and the consent recorded with your submission. Staff may add follow-up notes and status updates.
  • Support: ticket details, contact information, product, messages, public replies, internal staff notes and status. The ticket access key is stored as a cryptographic hash.
  • Orders, where checkout is enabled: contact and product details, quoted amount, currency, reference exchange rate, order and payment references, and verified payment status. Card credentials and security codes are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
  • Administration and access: authenticated staff identity, content drafts, published revisions, audit history and uploaded public media. Hosting and authentication providers may process request, device, network and sign-in information to operate and protect their services.

Why information is used

We use enquiries to respond and prepare a proposal; support records to investigate and answer requests; and order records to verify payments, arrange fulfilment, handle payment questions and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Staff access and limited request information help administer the website and prevent misuse.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the activity: steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, running and protecting the service, subject to your rights; or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting its prior lawfulness.

A sales enquiry is stored only when you submit it. The website form does not automatically send an email on your behalf. Do not include passwords, API keys, card details or private flight credentials in an enquiry or ticket.

Browser preferences and interactive tools

Calculator, configurator and product-guide inputs generally remain in page memory until you submit or download them. Shared Experience or Shop links may include selections you choose to share; review a link before sending it to others. The product guide uses the published catalogue and is not a live human agent or a remote AI chat service.

Website announcement preferences use local or session browser storage for campaign identifiers and dismissal or viewing times. These records control announcement frequency and do not contain your contact or payment details. You can clear them using your browser’s site-data controls.

The website does not currently include advertising trackers or an analytics script. Hosting, sign-in and payment services may use their own technical storage and process access information under their notices.

Service providers and international handling

Authorised HelloGeo staff use information for their work. Hosting, database, file-storage and authentication providers process data needed to run the website. Razorpay handles payment processing where checkout is enabled; its own notice applies to its processing. Payment records and sales enquiries are separate website records.

Email, WhatsApp, app stores and linked workspaces are separate services you choose to open. Their permissions, recipients and privacy terms may differ. Media uploaded for public website display can be viewed by visitors and should not contain private records.

Depending on the service and agreed deployment, information may be processed outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be considered for the actual arrangement. Ask us about your project’s data locations and contractual protections before sharing restricted data; this page does not promise a particular residency region or transfer mechanism for every service.

How long records are kept

Retention depends on the purpose and status of the enquiry, support relationship, order or agreement; legal, tax and accounting requirements; security needs; and the resolution of disputes. Drafts, published revisions and staff audit records also support accountable website administration.

The website does not currently apply one automatic deletion period to all records. Authorised operators manage removal subject to those requirements. Expiry of a checkout estimate limits its use for payment; it does not mean the related record has been deleted. Contact us for the retention position on a particular record.

Requests and choices

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. These rights may have conditions or exceptions.

Send your request to info@hellogeo.world with enough information to locate the record, such as an enquiry or order reference. We may need proportionate identity checks before releasing or changing data. Do not send identity documents or sensitive records unless a suitable method has been agreed.

If you are concerned about our response, tell us so we can review it. This does not affect your right to contact the relevant authority where that right applies.

Keeping this notice current

We update this notice when website practices change. The review date on this page identifies the current published version. A materially different product, integration or deployment may require additional information when it is offered.
